3:10 To Yuma

Christian Bale, Russell Crowe, creepy "Russell" from "Six Feet Under" and Peter Fonda...what more do you need? Maybe a little long in the middle there, but entertaining nonetheless, especially since I never saw the original or read the short story. Great acting from Bale and "Ben Wade" (watch the credits, you'll see what I mean). I give it a B+.
Saw it at the Arclight and instead of my usual moviegoer bliss that the Arclight guarantees, I was sitting beside four "grown" men who decided to snicker and comment after EVERY LINE OF DIALOGUE. What are we, 12? Grade school girls? Ugggghhh...if the Arclight goes south then we're all doomed. Doomed, I tell you!
