Oscars Over!!!

Now, can we pul-leeeeeeze stop talking about "Slumdog Millionaire"???

All in all, the Oscars were fine...a few good chuckles, a few groans...the usual. I'm glad Sean Penn won...he did a great job in the film and it afforded him the opportunity to give a good acceptance speech. (altho I noted he no thanky wife Robin Penn...ahem) Also, I realized how relieved I was that we didn't have to hear another acceptance speech from Mickey Rourke.

Maybe I just need to go on media silence for a week...
