*Breathe*

I'm attending the Society of Children's Book Writers & Illustrators conference this weekend. One of the writer/illustrator reps gave a talk on long term strategies for your career; one of the main points being to slow down and have patience in building your career.
Oh boy...those who know me also know that patience is not one of my virtues! But he was absolutely right in his reasoning, so...*breathe*....patience.
